One simple way to grab attention with personalization

You’ll have to agree with me that your customers have an option to patronize another business apart from your business.

Realize that whatever you sell to your customers, they have 7-8 other options, if not more that they could go with. Why should they do business with you?

One reason could be the way you communicate with your customers. It’s noisy out there. It’s becoming harder to get customers’ attention, but business owners who understand the power of personalization will win in this game. They will get all the attention and mindshare.

Personalization is simple, but powerful marketing tip, yet many businesses don’t take advantage of it.

Since we realized how powerful this small idea is, we made sure the Loystar mobile app allows you to personalize bulk SMS messages when sending to all of your customers at once, allowing you to address each of your customers by their names using the [CUSTOMER_NAME] tag, without you having to remember all their names and no matter how many customers you may have.

Merely addressing your customers by name goes a long way in convincing them to take the action you want them to take.

I have no statistic to share here, but I imagine you’ll find one that says something like “40% of customers would pay attention to your message if their names are mentioned in it”

The next level for us would be to enable your staff at your business greet a customer by their name as they walk through the door, whether or not they know who the person is.
