Thank you for choosing Loystar.
How long will the data be stored for? What rights does the data subject have? How can the data subject raise a complaint?
The humans at Loystar are passionate about the merchants we serve and are committed to their success. In our service to you, we would like to express that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading your email address, phone numbers or any personally identifiable information with an external third party for the purpose of any malicious intent.
Across all of these instances, security of your data and our platforms remains top priority and we would always seek your consent or notify at every point of a possible data exchange.
Types of Data we Collect?
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When someone visits www.loystar.co we use a third party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process, you are added to our e-newsletter list, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. Again, we don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by cpontacting us directly via email – email@example.com – to take you off the list.
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
As earlier stated, we may share anonymised personal information with other organisations’ software product, such as accounting products, human resource management products, and electronic payment products, who use this to create value and increase productivity for merchants.
