Loystar Privacy Policy
Thank you for choosing Loystar.
Loystar Solutions Limited, doing business as Loystar (also “our” or “us” or “we”) – has updated it’s privacy policy to answer questions around: Data collection, what data points are being collected? Will the data be shared with any third parties? How will the information be used?
How long will the data be stored for? What rights does the data subject have? How can the data subject raise a complaint?
The humans at Loystar are passionate about the merchants we serve and are committed to their success. In our service to you, we would like to express that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading your email address, phone numbers or any personally identifiable information with an external third party for the purpose of any malicious intent.
In this privacy policy, we would share why we collect some of the data, when we collect them and how we use them to create value. We would also share limited instances such as when we integrate our software to partner software products to increase productivity value. One such instance is Loystar integrating with an accounting software or a payment solution.
Across all of these instances, security of your data and our platforms remains top priority and we would always seek your consent or notify at every point of a possible data exchange.
In the wake of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) developments, our goal is to better and more responsibly serve merchants in the European Union region as well as those outside the E.U, who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used on our platforms.
