If you’ve decided to delete your account, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please carefully review the following information before proceeding:

What will happen when I delete my account?

  • Permanent removal: All of your personal information, including your profile, photos, messages, activity history, and any other data associated with your account, will be permanently deleted.
  • Irreversible action: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve any of your data.
  • Loss of access: You will no longer be able to access any services or features associated with your account, including any subscriptions or purchases.

Please confirm that you understand these consequences before proceeding.

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email to support@loystar.co, with subject “Delete My Loystar Account” with the registered email on your Loystar Account.
  2. All Request would be process in 24 hours. Account deleteion request are not reversible.

Additional Information:

  • Data retention: If required by law, some of your data may be retained for a certain period of time.
  • Pending transactions: Any pending transactions or payments associated with your account will be canceled.
  • Subscriptions: Any active subscriptions will be terminated.
